My stay was marred by a frustrating check-in experience. I arrived late and was made to wait while they searched for a room, ultimately settling for a king size bed instead of the two beds I had reserved. To add to my disappointment, the breakfast area also lacked adequate staffing during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat and enjoy the breakfast peacefully.

Family-Friendly With Great Service!

The staff was incredibly friendly! And they went beyond just the basics. during our stay, we had a little health scare, but the front desk jumped in like pros, getting us help fast and checking on us multiple times. Plus, the breakfast was not your regular hotel spread, fresh and tasty, they even had free snacks.

A bit pricey, not gonna lie, but you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed a great experience, spending three restful nights at this hotel. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was filling. One highlight was the stunning view of the volcano from my room on the 7th floor. Guests should definitely ask for a room with a view!
